What are your policies for your customers?

We are always there to help you out!

Return Policy:

1. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. To complete your return, we need your order id

4. If any product is missing/defective in your order from our end, kindly update and share pictures with us within 24 hours of delivery.

There are certain situations where no exchange/returns are granted:

1.  Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.

3. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

4. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellation for any personalised product.

5. Please note all products under SALE tab are not valid for any exchange or return.

Refunds-

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection from the QC team.

2. If approved, we will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount, and that can be used for your next purchase within 90 days.

3. In cases, where the customer is not available on the mentioned address at the time of delivery, or not able take Courier Company’s call and the packet gets RTO (Returned to Origin), the customer needs to pay the shipping charges to initiate the second time delivery. Shipping charges and the time it may take to reach you, may vary.
